Hey Varun! Fruit yogurt smoothies available in market do contain sugar and should not be consumed on a daily basis. You can make your own smoothie with the ingredients available to you at home. My personal fav smoothie ingredients are:- banana, chocolate protein powder, spinach, peanut butter, honey, coconut water. Blend these and you have a tasty post workout drink or mid day snack for you🌼
