Homemade hummus and falafel β¨

falafel recipe
1 cup Chickpeas
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 Fistful coriander leaves
Cashew few table spoon , salt to taste and flour. Soak chickpeas overnight and next day drained , rinsed and dry. Then mix all the ingredients in the food processor but make sure donβt over process the falafel mixture. And the mixture should be able to stick together. And then make small balls from that mixture. To avoid oil you can bake them or else just go with pan try. Cook until itβs golden brown. And itβs ready to serve with hummus. β¨
