Vessel for cooking
How important is the material of the kadhai we use? Especially wrt digestion. Iron/steel/mud etc.. please throw some light on this.
Hi Iqbal! Yes the material we use to cook or eat is definitely a very important factor for our digestion. Iron, stainless steel are hands down the best & safe metals to use for this. They don't react with any acids, oils, nutrients from the food & conducts heat fast. Whereas aluminum and copper these metals react with the acids, oil & other nutrients from food & affect overall health & digestion. Mud utensils are also great for cooking & eating in. They actually improve digestion, may reduce acidity & incorporates many micro minerals in the meals.
