First of all take a seat somewhere, take some deep breaths, drink some water & reach into your bag to get your remedies out๐ You didn't forget What to bring in case your sugar levels drop right? WHAT? You forgot? ๐ฐ Now that's a scenario which can surely happen with you if you're not well prepared. So here, I am listing a few things that will help you raise your sugar levels again : ๐A fruit which is high in sugar like - banana, apple or orange etc. ๐1 handful of raisins or grapes ๐1/2 cup of fruit juice preferably - apple, orange, pineapple or grape juice. ๐1/2 cup sweetened soda or soft drink. ๐1 cup milk or milk based beverage with sugar ๐1 tbsp sweet jelly or jam ๐1 tbsp honey or jaggery ๐A few sweet candies or a piece of chocolate ๐1 tbsp sugar mixed with water [After trying any of these options if you still keep feeling dizzy & uncomfortable do contact your doctor๐ฉโโ] Hopefully now you feel ready to fight situations mentioned aboveโ
