Do you guys often think of postures you need to practice when you jump on your mat?

So here is a solution: 1) Full body warmup- Dynamic movements with conscious breaths to open your joints. 2) Various spinal movements with holding- To improve flexibility holding in forward folds, backbends, twists and lateral bends. 3) Mobility exercises- To improve strength in your joints such as lunges, pushups, deep squats, cat cow and many more. 4) Ending with some stretches and cool downs- To release the pain. Don't forget to combine up with shavasana and breathwork- These play a very important role to keep you healthy and run your day actively and smoothly.

If shavasana is important even after light exercises?

No. If you are doing just the warmups and very light exercises it is not really required. But if your day goes hectic, so giving yourself just 5 mins of relaxation is no harm.
