How to deal with sudden drop in energy levels on days nearing the periods other than resting?
Hi Shravani! Stepping up protein in your diet can definitely help. Include more colorful fruits & vegetables in your diet as well for more antioxidants. Watery fruits can help more like- oranges, sweet lime, melons, strawberries etc. You can have a couple of black dates daily as well along with some soaked almonds. Keep a good fluid intake & light exercises like yoga can also help lots!
