Hi Suzane! It's important to check the ingredients first. If it's like herbal tea, meaning no tea leaves are used & only herbs & spices are there, it can be helpful depending on the variety of ingredients used. Usually these teas are recommended to take in the morning empty stomach, but if tea leaves are present, taking it on an empty stomach should be strictly avoided. Limitation also is the key. On the bottom line it's best to discuss with your nutritionist first if it's safe to take & further instructions, because most of the time the claims made by these brands are false!
