Areas to improve: 1) Sound sleep: During sleep, our digestive system is busy repairing and rebuilding tissues in our gut, while also growing good gut bacteria that aid our digestion processes. 2) Water intake: Drinking luke warm water empty stomach helps in cleansing our bowels creating and urge to move the bowels and helping to regulate the digestive tract. 3) Some stretches, twists and turns: It helps the water to go down to small intestine and allows the walls of small intestine to pass this food to rectum and anus. Finally helping in eliminating waste products from body.
