It can be a task in itself to deal with the fatigue that one faces during pregnancy on a day-to-day basis. Here are some tips to get over the fatigue- 1. Hydrate! Keep reminders on phone to hydrate yourself- either water or any fluids that doesn't have added sugar in it. 2. Observe your sleeping position, and see if you are completely relaxed mentally and physically before you fall asleep. 3. Keep yourself active during the day, without getting exhausted. Low intensity workouts like walking, yoga, swimming can be a great way to ensure the same. 4. Have a nutritious balanced diet at regular intervals. 5. It's completely fine to take a power nap during the day especially if you are sleep deprived. In spite of following most of these, if you still feel fatigued, sometimes it can be a sign of an underlying medical problem. In this case, consult your doctor immediately for further examination.
