FOODS TO EAT WHILE YOU ARE DEPRESSED

Even though we all would like to binge on "comfort food" when we are depressed, a good way to boost your mood and release serotonin (controls your mood and is responsible for happiness)are to go to those foods that are healthy in nature like eggs, tofu, pineapple, etc. My personal favourite is to have strawberries ( just absolutely love them)when I am depressed to alleviate my mood.
