I KNOWWW it's so cold out there. Ek baar paani peeyo aur dus baar washroom jaao ๐ฅฒ. But guys trust me this pain is nothing as compared to what your body will go through when your water intake is not sufficient!!! And in winters chances of getting dehydrated increase ๐. So please get that bottle and take sips. Also, include things like warm soups and citrus fruits and veggies with high water content (cucumber/tomato) to step up the water intake. But please please don't give up on this world's best drink ๐๐โค๏ธ
