Healthy Habit- Reading books

Last year my new year resolution was to read 12 books in the whole year and surprisingly I was able to read more than 12. I want to continue this habit this year. Personally I have noticed that reading books help me to stay away from social media. It improves my sleep. And honestly it's a great form of entertainment too✌️
