To all the those WORKING FROM HOME Some tips for you .. Get up and walk πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈfor 5 minutes in every 1 hour, Move out and expose yourself to fresh air, πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈit’s good for your skin and mental well-being . Catch the 8:00am β˜€οΈ You need that Vitamin D to boost your immunity Walk while you talk on the phone , use the steps , play a sport β›ΉπŸ»β€β™€οΈ, or dance to your fav Bollywood numbers πŸ’ƒπŸ»- to get those happy hormones out of you. Quick fixes - prepare a 1 pot meal like Dhalia dal veg , Mix veg chicken stew , Paneer fried rice , Millet upmas , Quinoa beans salad Sleep & Mee time - BESIDES 7-8 hours of sleep time , you can takeout some Me -Time ( movie bingeing , social media browsing )anytime during the day. Do not compromise on your sleep hours !!!! When Stress strikes the πŸ”΄ Button - PAUSE !!!! for a while … *deep breaths*!!! It is ok if you cannot complete all your tasks. Remember health comes first !!! Because with HEALTH comes WEALTH !!! 😊
