Today's lunch - balanced rice and subzies.. yam sabzi is the best - but is it good for diabetes?
Hi Madhav! Yams are starchy vegetables & are high in carbs so try to include them in your diet moderately.
Just a tip here- try adding as many colorful vegetables & lean proteins in your meals as possible, that'll ensure enough fiber addition in your meals & control post meal sugar spikes.
