Realize the importance of good health before it's too late! It's not about zero figure or 6 pack abs or a muscular body- this can be one of the goals but being healthy exists at all levels and you got to invest atleast an hour or 2 for your physical and mental/emotional well-being along with rest of the lifestyle interventions if you want to create a wonderful and a sustainable life for yourself ! You can only experience this life to the fullest in the body that is gifted to you. Body is temple (physical body+mental body+emotional body) start visiting and taking care of this temple regularly for a blessed and a healthy life ! 🙏
