I cannot start my day without a cup of tea. But taking it on an empty stomach is not a healthy choice as it can cause:- • Gut issues (acidity, bloating, vomiting) • Headaches • Bad breath & damaged teeth • Compromised appetite & many more I usually pair my cup of tea with a small katori of roasted black chana. It's a good source of protein & fibre and keeps your stomach full for longer due to its protein content. The key here is to take the snack first & then take the tea afterwards. What's your favorite healthy accompaniment with tea/coffee?
