Greens and Diabetes
Is it OK to have saag daily? Or any greens daily? Or are there any side effects? Especially to manage diabetes
Hi Madhav! Until & unless the greens are clean & fresh it's recommended to atleast include minimum 1-2 portion of greens in your daily diet, let it be as a curry or bhaji or in a dal or chapati or raita. They're high in fibre & essential micro nutrients for diabetes & weight management. So yes you definitely can include greens! Except if there's any allergies or intolerance issues involved.
