Fad diets are types of diets that are popular for a time & often promise unreasonably fast weight loss or health improvements. ☠️ Most times results can show but the ill effects surpass the short term results.👎 Yes... Short term because you might end up gaining back more weight as soon as you stop the diet & trust me it's not your fault, because nobody I repeat NOBODY can adhere to such restrictive diets. ❌ Here in the attached picture,you can find some helpful facts that can help you identify a fad diet.
