Yoga for constipation
Any yogic practices that help with constipation on immediate basis rather than taking medicines etc.
Hey Mohd Iqbal, forward bend postures like standing Big toe pose, seated Head to knee pose , Twists like Half lord of the fish pose, single leg twist,etc.. Try to add them in your daily practice,that should help to relieve from constipation.
Hey Mohd Iqbal, as per morning routine, you can start with drinking 1 ltr luke warm water sip by sip in yogic squat position followed by dynamic practice of standing upward stretch ( tadasana), standing lateral bend and standing twist. Following this regularly will help relieving constipation.
