Are frozen ready to prepare foods healthy?
They seem to be very easy to prepare, not sure how healthy they are. Is it okay to consume this once a week or is this an absolute no?
Frozen foods or convenience foods as we commonly know them are not the best in terms of nutritional adequacy as well the use of n number of preservatives/ emulsifiers etc. Best if avoided, however should not cause an issue if you’re taking care of your day to day diet and consuming them once in 15 days in restricted portions.
