Why is my weight stuck?
I only eat 2 small meals in a day and my physical activity is also good, but my weight is still not moving. What can I do continue losing weight?
Hi Mir! Regular physical activity is definitely a good start. But please refrain from keeping long gaps in between meals.small meals are definitely better but take them frequently. With 3 main meals 2 small snacks in between is also very important,this keeps your metabolism faster & helps you to lose weight . If you're taking only 2 meals the gap between two will be longer & because of slow metabolism your weight can be stuck. Also do check your vitamin D & B12 levels if they're low you might need to start with supplements. Proper sleep & stress management are also important factors here. Taking a nutrition consultation is definitely a better idea.
