How to manage swollen ankles during pregnancy? Especially when I wake up,it's a bit too much I feel
Hi @Shreya Kapoor, To manage your swollen ankles, you try to sit keeping your legs slightly higher than your hips.
Also try out ;
1)Ankle rotations
2) Flexing and pointing your ankles.
3) Stretching of your legs.
Some other tips;
1) Avoid standing for long period.
2) Avoid clothes that are tight around your ankles.
3)Use cold compress on your swollen areas.
4) Limit salt intake.
