The king of all fruits has a bad reputation for making you fat. Mangoes have only 1 % of fat and about 60 Kcal.for 1 medium sized mango. It's how you eat the 🥭 that changes how your body processes it. For example - milk shakes, aamras, ice cream, mango pudding etc. are the real treasure house of actual fat calories, but the fruit on it's own is simply guilty of just being delicious. Just make sure when you eat the mango, you don't combine it with a meal, but you eat it in between your meals as a standalone snack and only about 100g or 1 medium sized mango at a time..
