Is gut health related to immunity? How can I improve both?
Gut is very strongly related with immunity. This is for two reasons firstly all the nutrients required to provide adequate support to your immunity are absorbed from the gut and secondly gut is rich in healthy bacteria which again play a crucial role in building our immunity
Diet rich in protein (dairy/egg/chicken/fish/dals/pulses), fiber (fruits/veggies/nuts/ while grains and pulses) and probiotic (foods containing live bacteria - curd) will help you in improving both. Also make sure to sleep well, exersise regularly and have 3L water to make an everlasting difference ❤️
