Have too many cravings for desserts and I end up consuming alot of sweets. How can i have healthy sweets and also manage these cravings
Check for the protein and fiber in your main meals. Make sure you’re having enough of these to keep you satiated and prevent any sugar spikes. To cater to the sweet cravings, opt for small portions of dates, raisins, seeds, fruits instead of some sweet/dessert with refined sugar. You can have a homemade dessert once a week in limited portions.
