Water intake gets ignored during the winters π§ here are some tips : Good hydration of 2-3 liters per day π¦ *Include high water content fruits and vegetables like cucumbers, watermelon, Citrus fruitsπππ *Not just simple milk , use Turmeric powder , Dried fruit powder π₯ * Soups , broths - like tomato , Chicken are great for winters π΅ * Limit alcohol , caffeine contentβοΈ *Flavour your waters with apples , Oranges , mint leaves π * Make it a goal to set reminder to have at least 7-9 glasses of water per day in Winters. π
