Water intake gets ignored during the winters πŸ’§ here are some tips : Good hydration of 2-3 liters per day πŸ’¦ *Include high water content fruits and vegetables like cucumbers, watermelon, Citrus fruitsπŸŠπŸŽπŸ‹ *Not just simple milk , use Turmeric powder , Dried fruit powder πŸ₯› * Soups , broths - like tomato , Chicken are great for winters 🍡 * Limit alcohol , caffeine contentβ˜•οΈ *Flavour your waters with apples , Oranges , mint leaves 🍎 * Make it a goal to set reminder to have at least 7-9 glasses of water per day in Winters. πŸ‘
