If you have PCOS or you're trying to lose weight this can be a perfect side with your complex carbs & protein. It's also perfect for people who doesn't like vegetables! Ingredients - 📍Lots of vegetables (I used potatoes, papaya, carrots, white radish,french beans, broad beans,pumpkin, brinjal, cabbage & peas) 📍Coriander leaves - one handful 📍Mustard oil - 2 TSP 📍Turmeric powder- 1/2 TSP 📍Roasted cumin powder - 2 TSP 📍Bay leaves - 1 nos 📍Dried red chillies - 2 nos 📍Green chilli - 3 nos 📍5 spices (panch phoron)- 1 TSP 📍Ghee - 1 TSP optional 📍Salt & sugar tastewise Method- In a deep kadhai add the oil,in the hot oil add bay leaves, red chillies,five spices,green chilli & fry till fragrant. Add the vegetables & cook till they turn soft. Now add salt,sugar & masalas. Cook until the raw masala smell is gone. Now add ghee & coriander leaves mix well. Serve!
