I have chosen the time of sunset as my me-time. Wherein I complete my daily routine of interval walk & sit back to absorb all the goodness, light of nature for 10-15 minutes. Amazingly this has helped me notice so many small but beautiful events, like- birds flying back home, children returning from school, people chit chatting on their walks, street vendors getting ready to go home after a tiring day & many more. It has been a great help to calm my anxiety as well. How do you spend your me-time?
