Can anyone please suggest some options for plant protein?

There are plenty of plant/veg protein sources that you can include in your daily diet, such as - beans, pulses & legumes, sprouts,soy & soy products,milk & milk products,nuts & seeds, quinoa,oats,peas,nutritional yeast & spirulina etc. Make sure you take multiple sources of such proteins in your daily diet.
