Does too much screentime makes us lazy?
True it does make us lazy.Screen time disrupts sleep and desynchronizes the body clock, high arousal due to the delay melatonin release by several hours doesn’t permit deep sleep, and deep sleep is how we heal as a result of which the day followed by the sleep is accompanied by lethargy and no interests to carry out our daily functions due to un-abundance of enough sleep and hormonal disruptions.
