Food after workout
What's the ideal food after workout?
A good combination of protein & carbohydrates.

Hi Sridhar! As Vivek has rightfully mentioned take meals that are rich in lean protein & carbs. For example - sprouts/boiled egg + fruits or homemade meals like veggie poha + sprouts, veggie upma + curd, Dosa/idli + sambar/rasam+ Chutney etc. Make sure you drink lots of water after your workout & take the meal within 2 hours of finishing your workout. If meal time is later then take a small snack to bridge the gap. Hope it helps!
