Regularising periods

One of the most common symptoms of PCOS is irregular periods. Practice Malasana/ Yoga squat on regular basis. This amazing pose opens up pelvic girdles and help to regularise the periods and their flow. Along with that it reduces cramps and pain and keeps your reproductive organs healthy.
