My go-to exercise ⬇️

Walking 🚶‍♀️& power yoga🧘 I've tried many more types of cardio & strength exercises but these 2 have stuck with me for the last 10 years. Probably because how versatile both of these can be according to my needs,like- checking my weight or boosting my mood/energy levels. And the best part.... I can continue both wherever I am!🌟 P.S - my workout playlists & audio books are a must for the long walks🎧 What's your favourite form of exercise?
