My go-to exercise

~ It may come as a surprise 😜 but my go-to exercise at this age and stage in life is Yoga + Swimming and little stroll for fresh air to catch the sunrise or sunset. ~ More than exercise it's about body movement and peace of mind for me, some Me-time to reset ! 😌
