Being healthy = being mentally & physically healthy. As I work towards my physical health daily by eating balanced meals & regularly exercising...I specially use my off days to catch up on my mental well being. I love spending time in my garden, checking out what each plant needs & just being there with them ....this is my healthy habit since several years & I do cherish it dearly 🪴🧿 This is my secret healthy habit to happiness
