I have had so many customers come to me to ask why they are not losing weight even after few months of practicing yoga. Let me clear this here. While on your fitness journey you should always look for inch loss instead of weight loss that is because weight loss scale misleads you. It only tells the weight and not the fat loss or muscle gained, whereas inch loss clearly tells you that you have lost fat and gained muscles.
