Easiest method to get started on this habit: 1. Walk 15 minutes post lunch and dinner. 2. Walk 15 minutes in the morning. Once you ace this, make progressive increase in the time that you’re walking for.

Great tip @Abhilasha Sharma 15 mins walk, has resulted in approx 1,300 steps for me. Doing post meal walks for 15 mins can add 2,500 steps easily. Shall pick it up.
