Oatmeal porridge for Acidity- A whole grain breakfast loaded with fiber & complex carbohydrates

Yesterday evening I had severe acidity after having evening tea because of which I had to suffer from light headedness & tendency of throwing out almost the whole night. So this morning I thought about calming my gut with a healthy wholesome breakfast with oatmeal porridge. Oats absorb stomach acid & help reduce symptoms of GERD ( Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease).
