Digital detox this weekend

Why am I doing this to myself? It's so easy to get caught while scrolling and not realise what you really want, what your individual goals are, what you want to focus on, social media is so stimulating we often look for instant gratification and lose patience, start comparing ourselves to others and not really enjoy the individual journey of life. Sometimes it's important to ask these questions to really live and not for just instant dopamine release. Have you noticed sometimes we so unconscious open the apps that we are attached to and keep scrolling, it sometimes becomes a way to seek validation externally. So its time for me to get connect with my inner self with less distractions. Have a great weekend!!
