The extra load placed on your body during exercise creates tiny microtears in your working muscle. These microtears are normal. In fact, they're necessary for muscle growth. But these microtears are also what lead to soreness and pain. ๐ How to deal with it? 1)Until next class, rest๐.If you're not giving your muscles adequate time to rest (and repair), they become overworked โ leading to more intense soreness. 2)Alternate ice and heat pack๐ฅถ๐ฅ(on the back only icing usually isnt suggested and specially considering the weather if it's turning colder,at such places alternating would help) 3) Slightly get moving one of the best ways to reduce muscle soreness is to get them moving.๐คธ๐๐๏ธ 4)Attend the next class early and speak to the trainer, based on this trainer can suggest next steps.๐งโ๐ผ 5) Massage the area with pain relieving creams๐งโ๐ฌ 6)Soak in a salt bath, warm water with Epsom salt eases out the pain๐๐๐
