This is more of a baby cobra pose. Great for stretching the lower back. Also it's a must part of my vinyasa flows. Further tagging @shilpi @Laxmi kanth @Shyamal Kanti Singha to try this pose & share their results! P.S - yes I have pillow hands/palms & trust me they're awesome for massage & kneading dough🤣
