Suffering from thyroid, then these vegetables should be a big NO for you. These vegetables are also known as cruciferous vegetables and reduce the functioning of thyroid gland. If any of these vegetables happen to be your absolute favourite, then one bowl in cooked form once in 15 days should be good to go.
