The food you don't CHEW is EWWWW - Part -2

Here's what you can do to ensure proper chewing of foods - Take 5 deep breaths before you start to eat. - While taking deep breaths just observe the colour, smell and portion of your food p.s. look at your food with love!!! - Eat without external distraction (no phone/ T.V./ stressful conversation with family etc.) P.s. who stay alone and have the habit of watching a show while eating do not start a new show that grabs your attention instead put something which you have already seen before 😉 -Reduce the size of your bite, use a small spoon or take small bites - Do not eat foods you do not like yepp make sure meals are tasty 😋 - Lastly, do not eat food with a timeline. Make sure to remove at least a window of 15-20 min wherein, you can sit peacefully to relish your meals.

I don't recall when was the last time I had meals peacefully, now with baby around I end up eating the whole meal as quick as blink without even noticing it's taste or texture and sometimes I get to the point where I swallow the food😪😪 as baby start crying and wants only mom and no other person from the family

@Sunitha Bai i understand this struggle is real! See here's what you can do. Try to have one pot meals for example if there is dal rice and veggies for lunch mix everything in a bowl and while the baby is in your lap you eat simultaneously! You can also eat while feeding the baby in a sitting position. Suppose the baby is crying and you cannot have food simultaneously first calm the baby and the moment they come back to a restful position you can resume back to having your meals while holding onto the baby.

@Abhilasha no it's not we are social beings we like to have company. Pro tip since this is an everyday thing thoda soch ke rakho ke kya dekhna hain and what will you see after meals. And go for sitcoms that do not demand too much attention like sarabhai or friends or modern family ! So khane ke plate banane sey pehle mast show laga ke baitho and then observe your meal also since you will play something you have seen already you will not rush yourself to push the play button
