Some of the reasons for inflammation are- obesity, consumption of dairy and gluten, infections and diseases. 2. Poor gut health: Suffering from acidity/gas/constipation/bloating? Fix that first! 3. Erratic eating pattern: Eating well balanced meals and following a healthy diet is extremely important. Hectic lifestyles should not come in the way of your meal pattern because that will in turn lead to hormonal imbalance. 4. Poor emotional health: Cut off toxic energy from your life today! Almost all of the hormones have hormone stimulators in the brain which get impacted due to emotions. If not taken into consideration, can lead to hormonal imbalance. 5.
