I'd love to eat these treats without feeling guilty. Would you too ??

With holi round the corner, it will be festive time soon. A time for indulging( moderately of course) and enjoying the festival of colours with family n friends๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐ŸŒˆ NOW, therefore, with less than a fortnight to go, is just the right time, to pre- prepare your body to tackle those extra calories. And.... how is that possible ?? The answer is ' STEP UP YOUR METABOLISM '. For those of you who are skipping your daily dose of physical activity ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ or missing your healthy foods๐ŸŠ's time to gear up, tighten your shoe laces & get on track & thus, up your metabolism Follow a disciplined routine,include fresh fruits & salads, nuts and seeds, AND say NO to processed & refined foods, oily & fried foods and all forms of added sugar. Stay clear of all cheat meals until then. Eat timely meals & follow your exercise regime. Challenge yourself in the present so that you can treat yourself, mindfully, when the time comes๐Ÿ˜.
