Raw is definitely the best. If raw whole seeds seems too difficult to take, you can surely grind them & take 1 tsp flaxseed powder with water before or after meals. For people who're allergic to raw flaxseeds lightly pan roasted seeds can be taken. Other ways to take them can be- flaxseed pudding, flaxseed chutney, as a topping on salads or smoothies & many more!
