Postpartum can be a challenging time for every mother as her routine is around her baby's care. Try to catch up on your sleep when the baby sleeps, eat well and don't shy away from asking for help from your partner and family. Remember, it takes a village to raise a baby. As you start feeling better after catching up on your sleep you will have more energy to include short workouts during the day, even if it is 10 mins, it counts! Practice self love and compassion.
