Trikonasana (triangle posture): if done correctly, works wonderfully on core, glutes, hamstrings, obliques and pelvic floor. This is the hardest standing posture for me as it can very easily go wrong. If you're struggling to achieve the actual posture, it means you're on the right track 😉
