I’m not able to breathe when doing some of the postures in yoga, what can be done to solve this?
Breathing is an important part of yoga, as it helps to open up the body. However, if you’re not able to breathe in a particular posture, you may be pushing your body too far. Take a step back, relax, breathe deeply for a couple of minutes, and then return to the session. Most importantly, don’t overexert yourself – only push yourself to the extent where you’re still able to breathe comfortably.
