I personally like to meditate 🧘
As every time i meditate i observe lightness in my body, calmness in my breath and stillness in my mind:)

My personal favourite is practicing asanas. I feel really very energetic and active after doing my workout. There are lot of health benefits, body toning, weight management, stamina building i observed after practicing asanas.
Every time I lose myself in meditation, time slows down. This slow time gives energy for the whole day. I find myself all over again.
In order to reach deeper levels of meditation, I find it necessary to practice asana and pranayam.
All three together are a holy trinity for me.
I like Malasana, as it strengthens the feet, ankles & legs.
My favorite part of my class is doing the asanas... as I feel very energetic and flexible. Love doing Surya namaskar and balancing poses...
Really enjoy the balancing asanas!
After Asanas I like pranayama..
If ask my favourite asanas.. are Trikonasana bhadrasana and maalasana..
